Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your email mailbox accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply specify the e-mailbox you wish to forward mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
